Okay. So I am taking offer today for one of my listings and I feel very compelled to share some behind the scene information with you. So today we're going to talk about the power of a real professional, because I received an all cash offer and supposedly that's the greatest thing in the world. Right. However, not so much so because when I looked at the contract, I actually have more than 17 mistakes and together they make this contract ineffective.
So even if our seller want to sign onto today and ratified, which means that it becomes an enforceable contract in the court of law, they can't. This is ineffective. So please, buyers, if you are truly looking to be successful in any market, you're looking to buy your primary, your investment. Please, please take a great professional. You are doing yourself a great favor by doing so.
